Fantasy Football Premier League is not for those unable to shake off the despair of defeat from their shoulders or move on from delirious success. There’s always a next week, and I’m here to try and guide you for it, namely for Round 10.
Round 10 of fantasy EPL is just as much about the players that are best avoided as the ones that I suggest you pick.
Here are, in fact, the ideal picks for your fantasy football teams.
Don’t go! Remember that your best shot at winning real, daily prizes through fantasy football is FootballCoin. Here’s a link to the free Premier League contest for this weekend.
These Are the Players You Need for Premier League Fantasy Football for Round 10!
Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal is beginning to look especially good, I think. That’s not in the least because most of its rivals have, at times, looked wobbly.
The Gunners should be able to get in, get out and grab three points from Burnley. Stock up your team with Arsenal players, I say! Just don’t pick the goalie, David Raya, as Burnley has a habit of losing while scoring a few goals of its own.
Otherwise, Viktor Gyokeres, Eberechi Eze and Bukayo Saka are good picks. The former is free to pick in FootballCoin. Also, Gabriel Magalhaes and Jurrien Timber are two of the defenders who gather the most points in fantasy contests this season.
Still, I’ve been impressed with The Clarets’ Joshua Cullen and Quilindschy Hartman, who can fill out your selection. And, if you still have a 5* Kyle Walker card in FootballCoin, I don’t see a reason why you should not use it, despite the game’s outcome.
Speaking of fantasy football favourites, is it Antoine Semenyo Time every weekend? Maybe not this time. Manchester City’s after points and 1-0 victories. Typically, in these Erling Haaland scores and defenders Ruben Dias and John Stones squeeze out opposition stars like Semenyo.
Meanwhile, everybody loves a sob story, and Liverpool’s recent performances have provided the tears. Will the defeats end against Aston Villa? The recent form exhibited by Unai Emery’s side, certainly, should make Reds fans anxious.
Liverpool players, typically, are the most efficient fantasy football picks. However, apart from Dominic Szoboszlai, Ryan Gravenberch and Virgil van Dijk, there’s nobody I’m too keen on. Even they can be avoided if better, cheaper options are available.
However, Villa’s Matty Cash and Amadou Onana are in excellent form. And, Morgan Rogers could really help his reputation with a good display here.
Finally, is Manchester United’s revival going to continue? Ruben Amorim’s certainly been delivering a good run of big teams in poor form. Nottingham Forest’s down to its third manager of the season. And while Sam Dyche’s likely to create a sturdy, defensive side, he’s just taken over.
Recently, Bryan Mbeumo has been electric. Mattheus Cunha has proven another sensible transfer. Get them, if you can afford them. And while Benjamin Sesko has a way to go until he proves himself, he’s an affordable pick with a match in which he could score. Nice pick!
However, while the likes of Harry Maguire or Luke Shaw have put out decent fantasy football numbers recently, they’re too error-prone for my taste.
On the other end, this Forest starting line-up is loaded with top talent, but we need proof of redemption before the likes of Morgan Gibbs-White can be suggested.
The Players You Need to Avoid in Round 10!
I’m a fan of this Forest side. But Sam Dyche can’t work miracles overnight. That’s why players like Igor Jesus and, especially, defenders like Murillo and Nikola Milenkovic might be best avoided this week.
Leeds is back to the familiar problem of playing well, in my opinion, but, objectively, not being able to score much. Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Noah Okafor might not be your fantasy football strikers in Round 10.
And, while I’m intrigued by Thomas Frank’s Tottenham, I don’t have sufficient confidence in some of the players’ potential against Chelsea. Xavi Simons, Rodrigo Bentancur, and Kevin Danso (if he plays) are players that I’d avoid.
