Got it wrong last week? Got surprised by Erling Haaland getting injured or by Benjamin Sesko not getting many points despite scoring? Don’t worry! You’ll get a chance to redeem yourself in Round 29 of the fantasy football Premier League.

Who you’ll need on your time and the players you should avoid are the topics I’m discussing.

But, before you do that, fancy measuring your knowledge against other fantasy football managers? That’s what FootballCoin is for. Here’s your invite link.

These Are the Players You Need for Premier League Fantasy Football for Round 29!

No Haaland, no problem? That’s likely how Manchester City feel as they get ready to take on adrift Nottingham Forest. And, since you’ll need a replacement, you might also take a chance on Marmoush.

Meanwhile, Semenyo and Guehi are affordable fantasy football picks that you absolutely need. Cherki and Ait-Nouri are similarly well-priced additions. Donnarumma‘s addition to the squad is not cheap, but may be worthwhile.

Arsenal’s putting together quite the run. And the usual suspects will matter a lot for Mikel Arteta in the game against Brighton. Do yourself a favour and get Saliba and Gabriel on your fantasy team. Lewis-Skelly is likely to play and is a good choice.

You can never tell about Gyokeres, but these are the kinds of games where he tends to score. Meanwhile, Gross and Van Hecke tend to perform even when The Seagulls lose.

Manchester United’s eyeing a Champions League spot. And Michael Carrick’s got no qualms about winning while playing ugly football. Holding midfielders Casemiro and Mainoo may be useful here. B. Fernandes shouldn’t be ruled out from delivering an assist or scoring a penalty. Sesko is a worthwhile risk, although even when he scores, he doesn’t tend to get a lot of points in fantasy football.

On the other end, you get the feeling that  Tonali, Joelinton, Barnes, or Gordon may be auditioning for bigger teams and salaries in the Summer. All could perform well.

Other players worth having on your radar? I’d expect Ekitike to get a good game against Wolves. In fact, he may be your ideal Haaland replacement. Szoboszlai and Robertson could do well here.

I’ve also been impressed with a few Leeds players. I think that Daniel Farke’s team, with the manager out in the stands, can do well against Sunderland. Ampadu, Struijk, and Gudmundsson are very good choices to fill out your squad and maintain your budget in check.

The Players You Need to Avoid in Round 29

I’ll be honest, I’m quite fond of Forest. But, I wouldn’t go for the talented Milinkovic, Murilo, Aina, or goalie Sels as they face Manchester City.

Still not convinced by Salah, Gakpo or Frimpong’s form, although they could relish the opportunity to take on Wolves.

Aston Villa’s form has, sadly, slipped away. Luxury players like Sancho, Watkins and Rogers need to prove themselves again before they can be allowed to return to your fantasy football draft.
