Premier League fantasy football round 14 who to pick

By Eduard Bănulescu

Fantasy Football Premier League in December is won by the managers who, like the best teams in the league, bothered to prepare for the long haul. A hellish schedule of EPL matches is set to follow. And, while this makes for great viewing, it also raises important questions.

Now’s the moment to shed off some of the excess fat and make decisive choices for your fantasy football team. Who’s on the bus, and who should be back at camp doing training routines? That’s what I’m trying to answer, as I try to help improve your EPL fantasy football ahead of Round 14.

I think you should also get some prizes for your troubles! I really do! Best way to go about that is through FootballCoin’s daily free contests. Act quickly, and you can still register your team for the EPL

These Are the Players You Need for Premier League Fantasy Football for Round 14!

As things stand, I think of Bournemouth and Everton as two of the most entertaining teams in the EPL. Give me them over United and Spurs anyway. And give me Antoine Semenyo and Jack Grealish. It’s hard to predict just how good they’ll be, but they’re always entertaining.

Besides them, I would suggest giving Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall a look. The attacking midfielder has been fantastic in front of the goal in the last couple of rounds.

Newcastle vs. Tottenham ought to be a derby between outside title challengers. It’s not, but it remains an interesting match just the same.

Of course, it’s Newcastle who is on the upswing and Spurs drowning in mistakes and a direct style of play that opponents seem to know all too well.

I think Nick Woltemade is a good pick. Sandro Tonali, Bruno Guimaraes, Dan Burn, and Malick Thiaw should have a good match if they can keep performance levels up. Meanwhile, Mohamed Kudus is the one Spurs player capable of magic at the moment. Lucas Bergvall is also in relatively good form. He’s also a creative midfielder.

Finally, Manchester United fans, are you really impressed with the team’s recent performances against Everton and Crystal Palace? To me, both the defeat and the victory seemed like the result of chance more than anything else. I would still recommend Bruno Fernandes, as he usually performs great in half his games and terrible in the others. And I liked Matthijs de Ligt last time around. Some of the familiar mistakes were gone. But I can’t see you requiring many other players from this fierce battle for a mid-place finish in the table.

What about the big, big boys? Manchester City playing away to Fulham sounds just like the kind of December fixture Pep Guardiola’s team likes. I think that goalie Gigi Donnarumma is a good pick, as are defenders Josko Gvardiol and Ruben Dias. And, always pick Haaland if he’s not injured!

A bruised and battered Liverpool takes on Sunderland, but Virgil van Dijk and Dominik Szobozlai have been excellent for fantasy football managers. Just check out their points tally in FootballCoin!

Chelsea’s been entertaining of late. And, if you can afford it, Wesley Fofana, Enzo Fernandez and Estevao could be fine picks.

And while Arsenal’s showing signs of fatigue, Declan Rice, Mikel Merino, Jurrien Timber, and Eberechi Eze can always make your team just a little bit better.

The Players You Need to Avoid in Round 14!

Mohamed Salah and Florian Wirtz may have both been told, separately, that the Liverpool 25/26 team would be centred around their talents. As it turns out, I know think, both mya have been misled. Neither is a strong pick at the moment.

There are so many Spurs players that I would avoid, but I’d just highlight Xavi Simons and Randal Kolo Muani, players who finish far fewer chances than they receive. I’d also avoid Cristian Romero for fear that he might not be fit in time for the away game against Newcastle.

I thought Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli looked a little tired at the weekend. And I doubt that things can improve significantly in just a few days. I’d suggest passing this time.
