Europa League fantasy football has plenty of big names to keep you interested, and enough smaller teams causing upsets to keep you surprised.

And, if you feel a little lost, that’s alright. A dozen games in the UEL are played today. And, only some of the big stars have shifted into gear.

So, who’s making the final cut? Who should be part of your winning fantasy football side and who’s out? Here are my suggestions ahead of Round 3.

But what about juicy winnings? Just play in the free FootballCoin Europa League contest, get the team right, and that’ll take care of itself!

Are These the Players You Need for Europa League Fantasy Football for Round 3?

Yeah, I see you flipping through your TV guide. What to watch? And, who to pick for a successful UEL fantasy football team?

Yes, I suspect that this is how UEFA wants you to feel. But the truth is that the competition’s newish format does carry a sense of jeopardy for once. Where exactly?

How about AS Roma against the Czech side, Plzen? Gian Piero Gasperini’s results are none of your concern. But consider picking Mancini and Cristante for your team. Bailey should also be good if he plays.

Lille could be in a tough spot against PAOK Saloniki. But defender Mbemba, midfielder Andre, and ancient striker Giroud are worthy picks.

Bologna might struggle to win away to FCSB (formerly Steaua București). Still, the midfield line of Freuler, Ferguson and Orsolini could well be just the right fit for your team.

And, if you’re looking for a UEL derby, Nottingham Forest vs. FC Porto might well just qualify. Sure, Forest’s got new management, but the personnel is the same. Gibbs-White is still, perhaps, the most skilful player in the whole competition.

However, look more closely at FC Poro. This team is ripe for the picking if you’re assembling your fantasy football side. D. Costa could keep a clean sheet. Kiwior, Veiga, Samu and Sainz are all good picks.

Aston Villa is rejoicing in being back in Europe. But I can’t see Go Ahead Eagles making it easy for the Birmingham side. Onana, Malen and Buendia are in good form and top picks.

Finally, this Rangers side is wobbling at the moment. Norway’s SK Brann could take advantage. Still, Tavernier could fill in the ranks in your defence if you don’t have a better fit lined up.

Should You Avoid These UEL Players in Round 3?

AS Roma has been playing so badly recently that Gasperini has recently gone on without a striker at all. The same, sadly, goes for Forest’s Chris Wood. Not quite the right time to pick him.

You might want to avoid Tielemans and Garcia, who are out through injury. Other notable stars injured for Round 3 include Celta Vigo’s Cervi, Fenerbahce’s Kahveci, Lyon’s Descamps or Feyernoord’s Timber.

Suspensions? There are a few of those as well. Rangers’ Diomande, Zagreb’s Caic, and RB Salzburg’s Gadou aren’t your men for tonight’s games.
