Julian Draxler: PSG to Arsenal

Thomas Meunier: PSG to Borussia Dortmund
Thomas Meunier is one of the world’s premier right-backs. There was no reason why PSG would want to part with the Belgium footballer.
Meunier had however different thoughts. The defender refused to sign a new contract with PSG. Instead, he has opted to move to the Bundesliga, to Dortmund. Tottenham was also among the teams vying for his signature.
