Are These the Players You Need for Europa League Fantasy Football for Round 7?

Maybe the organisers were right. Perhaps it is true that the new system has brought in a new kind of jeopardy. With this in mind, I suggest we take advantage of the despair of some of the key teams that look set to exit the competition prematurely.

Feyernord will put on a brave display against Sturm Graz! The team has no choice at this point. Steijn and Ueda may end up being crucial.

Dinamo Zagreb will need to impress, but Romania’s FCSB needs a victory just as badly to secure a place in the play-offs. Midfielders Ljubicic and Misic, along with striker Beljo, can be essential for the Croatians. Meanwhile, FCSB’s Tanase, Olaru, and Ngezana are worth keeping on your radar.

What about champagne football? We may just get some of that in the form of AS Roma vs. Stuttgart. Both teams are still hoping for direct qualification. And, both look like potential trophy challengers. Team selection isn’t easy to predict, but Dybala, Pellegrini, and Cristante should be available and will make good picks.

There’s also a good reason to assume that Fenerbahce can stand up to Aston Villa this Thursday. Unai Emery’s team may be the favourite to win the UEL, but his players are knackered. Guessand can show he deserves a place in the first team. Rogers, Buendia and Watkins may get some playing time. However, Akturkoglu, Fred, or Muldur seem to be the more practical choices here.

Finally, PAOK Saloniki’s players, much like OGC Nice’s players, have certainly not covered themselves in glory this season of the UEL. This means that Real Betis, which has navigated European football very well of late, can take advantage. Fornals, Natan or Ezzalzouli can do enough to compensate for the absence of their injured teammates.

Should You Avoid These UEL Players in Round 7?

UEL is unpredictable. However, what you can prepare for, however, is not to pick players who are certainly going to miss Round 7 on account of an injury or suspension.

Villa’s high-flying team will make do without the likes of Bailey, Onana and most notably, midfielder McGinn.

Bernardeschi won’t be available for Bologna just as he’d gotten used to Italian football once more. And, Nottingham Forest is still without striker Chris Wood.

The suspended players include Betis’s Petit, Graz’s Aiwu, and Young Boys’s Janko.
