France’s manager Didier Deschamps shared his opinion on the evolution of  N’Golo Kante, praising the player as one of the best in the world. Kante has been one of Chelsea’s best players in a season that the London side has dominated.

Kante is on track to win his second consecutive Premier League title. The Frenchman joined Chelsea after previously helping Leicester City secure the title last season. Kante has been an important part of Conte’s winning strategy at Chelsea. The player was on the pitch for 27 out of 28 games league games this season.

Deschamps joined the many voices praising Kante. The France manager will be able to send the player in action against Luxembourg in the World Cup qualifier on Saturday. Prior to this the French side will meet Spain in a friendly game.

“He’s been with us a while. He didn’t play all the matches either. It all depends on the system I choose,” Deschamps told reporters at a news conference.

“N’Golo was performing well with us. He was with Leicester. He’s doing it this year in Chelsea. He will certainly win a second consecutive title in England. In his position, he’s one of the best players in Europe and the world. I will not complain.”He is French. He’s with us. Obviously he’s an important player. He is very efficient in his position. On the top of that, he starts to score goals, it’s perfect.”

Kante has been so good in fact, that a series of jokes known as “Kante-facts” have flooded social media recently. Similar to “Chuck Norris jokes”, they paint the player as being able to do the impossible. Kante however remains humble and is determined to continue working hard.

“I am really happy with my performances this season. It is true that I receive a lot of praise and that is flattering. But I try not to let it affect me. The important thing is to end the season well,” Kante said at a press conference.

“My team-mates at Chelsea have told me about the ‘Kante-facts’. It is just a bit of fun. I obviously do not cover 30 per cent of the surface of the earth. I made the right choice to come to Chelsea. We are in a good position and we are playing some great football.”

71% of the earth is covered by water.

The remaining 29% is covered by N’Golo Kanté @ChelseaFC Hahahahahahha
