It’s time again to take a look at the players that may/will certainly miss out on football this weekend. We’re speaking of games in Serie A.

Injuries and tiredness are felt for players all across Europe at the end of a long season. This is especially true for the teams that have also been involved in European competitions. The practice of rotating the squad is something few teams can afford at this stage.

Serie A is back this weekend, with majority of games being played on Sunday. The Week’s highlights will be the Rome derby between AS Roma and Lazio. The Week ends with the classic Inter – Napoli.

Today’s game between Torino and Sampdoria sees a few absences. For Torino Lorenzo De Silvestri and Marco Benassi should be out. Players that are unlikely to start for Sampdoria: Angelo Palombo, Edgar Barreto, Emiliano Viviano,  Jacopo Sala, Luis Fernando Muriel, Mirko Eramo.

The Rome Derby could be without a few noticeable stars. Roma are trying to recuperate in time Daniele De Rossi, Leandro Daniel Paredes and skipper Francesco Totti. Florenzi and Spinozzi should be out, as well. Lazio have their own worries with Alessandro Murgia, Federico Marchetti, Federico Marchetti and Stefan Radu. Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is suspended.

Here is what the two starting line-ups may look like:

AS Roma: Wojciech Szczesny – Andrea Romagnoli, Konstantinos Manolas, Federico Fazio, Emerson – Daniele De Rossi, Kevin Strootman, Mohamed Salah, Radja Nainggolan – Stephan El Shaarawy, Edin Dzeko
