Fantasy Football Ligue 1 is outscoring and, recently, outpacing many of the other important football leagues around Europe. That’s a good thing, too. You’ll need plenty of top-notch strikers ahead of a fantasy football contest played on Easy Mode in FootballCoin, where goals bring the most points.
Just who do you need to increase your chances of winning? What stars should be left in the stands ahead of Round 10? Here are my suggestions. These players have proven themselves in recent weeks and have the fixtures ahead to help their team’s chances.

Are These the Players You Need for Fantasy Football in the Ligue 1 for Round 10?
Is scoring six goals past opponents the norm now for Lille? Probably not, but last week’s clear victory over FC Metz shows that the Northern French team has strikers who should be on your radar.
Sure, OGC Nice is a team of a higher calibre. However, keep an eye on Lille’s Icelandic attacking wing-back, Hakon Haraldsson, as well as strikers Hamza Igamane and Felix Correia.
Nice’s Jonathan Clauss is, as always, a good pick. (Note that the player was nursing an injury concern in training this week.) And, goalkeeper Yehvann Diouf has been on a good run of late.
I’m constantly amazed by how great this Marseille side can be one week, and how unrecognisable it is the next. With that being said, the team looks good against Angers. Expect Mason Greenwood and Pierre Aubameyang to take advantage here. Meanwhile, Angers’ goalie Herve Koffi will have to work with him, but may come take advantage of his opportunity. It’s up to you if you feel he deserves a chance in your team.
It’s an even-matched game between Nantes and Monaco, but one that the Southerners should come on top of. With that being said, if you can afford Nantes’ goalie Anthony Lopes, you’re likely making a good choice. The veteran has helped stick Alban Lafont on the bench. Also, defender Awaziem Chidozie has had a very good season.
What about all of Monaco’s stars? For the moment, it’s Krepin Diatta and Thilo Kehrer keeping performances consistent. Ansu Fati, Eric Dier and, of course, Paul Pogba may well not be in the starting line-up for this one.
Finally, what’s the team whose players usually impact your Ligue 1 fantasy football team the most? Yes, Paris Saint-Germain has the habit of dominating headlines even when the team’s not playing its best. Lorient will find it hard to resist the Parisian onslaught.
We’ll have to wait and see if Luis Enrique chooses to have the likes of Kvicha Kvaratskhelia and Ousmane Dembele in the starting line-up. Along with Bradley Barcola, they’ve been injured for the past few weeks. Marquinhos and Vitinha, however, should prove strong, calming influences on youngsters like Desire Doue. All three are strong picks for your team.
Should You Avoid These Ligue 1 Players in Round 10?
PSG’s best player this season, Achraf Hakimi, is missing for this one. It could prove a big blow for the Parisians. Don’t let it be the same for your fantasy football team!
Monaco’s Denis Zakaria and Lamine Camara are likely missing through injury. And, as I mentioned, you might want to hold up on selecting Dier, Pogba and Fati just yet. The latter has, to be fair, the biggest chance of playing.
And, of course, Benjamin Pavard‘s terrible performance at the weekend will mean that Roberto de Zerbi is unlikely to give him a spot in the starting eleven.
Other notable absences for Round 10 are Olivier Giroud and Ethan Mbappe for Lille, Lyon’s Malick Fofana, all injured, and Strasbourg’s Ismael Doukoure, who is suspended.
