Cristiano Ronaldo and Rio Ferdinand were teammates in what is generally considered to be one of Manchester United’s best ever teams. Ronaldo played for six years at United, managing to win the Premier League and Champions League trophies and contributing 118 goals in the process.
Ronaldo talks about what he feels makes for a successful football player. He says that ultimately it is a combination of talent and hard work. Rio Ferdinand adds to this claim by saying that when Ronaldo was at United, he would stay at the grounds long after training was over, to further practice. Ronaldo ends by saying that when one offers his talent the support of hard work, one can ensure great career achievements.
