Fantasy Football Serie A is rewarding for those who can assemble a winning team and, just as importantly, keep up with the numerous fixtures piled up at this period in the calendar year.
They say that November victories create title winners. This may be true, but what does this mean for your fantasy football team? Who are the players that you need in your selection and the ones that you’re better off avoiding? Here are my suggestions.

These Are the Players You Need for Fantasy Football Serie A (Fantacalcio) for Round 10!
Few teams can win 1-0 more often than this Antonio Conte-run Napoli team. This is what they did this week against Lecce. This is what they’ll try to do against the generally more impressive Como.
What does that mean for your fantacalcio team? Vanjia Milinkovic-Savic can keep a clean sheet in the Serie A (although rarely in the UCL). Frank Anguissa and Billy Gilmour have the ball for a long portion of the game. And, Scott McTominay, if he’s playing, always gets a few shots on target.
Neither Udinese nor Atalanta are in particularly exciting form at the moment. However, Nicolo Zaniolo is turbo-charging his career and putting it back on track. He’s a good pick. Mario Pasalic and Oumar Solet always seem in fine form.
New Juventus manager Mario Spaletti is being eased into his job with what should, technically, be an easy fixture against Cremonese. It remains to be seen how Signor Spaletti redesigns the starting line-up. However, Federico Gatti, Dusan Vlahovic and Andrea Cambiasso should be playing and could be in your team. Jamie Vardy could end up spoiling the party, as he has a habit of doing, however.
Finally, Internazionale has rarely played poorly this season despite results not always going the new manager, Cristian Chivu’s way. Verona should have a hard time against Inter’s quick counterattacks.
For fantacalcio, I think that you can’t do better than defenders Francesco Acerbi, Manuel Akanji, Alessandro Bastoni and Denzel Dumfries. It remains to be seen if Chivu chooses to rest anyone here.
Finally, this weekend’s derby is AC Milan vs. AS Roma. Both are exciting, uneven teams that could still challenge for the title or UCL places if they can get things together at this stage in the season. Samuele Ricci and the ageless Luka Modric were some of the few players to shine last week against Atalanta. Meanwhile, Paulo Dybala and Bryan Cristante are back in form for AS Roma and should make good picks.
Are These the Fantasy Football Serie A Players to Avoid for Round 10?
Not yet convinced by David Neres and Rasmus Hojlund for this Napoli side, at this juncture in the season. Still, there are worse attacking picks out there for certain. On the fence, also, about Matteo Politano.
Gianluca Scamacca and Nikola Krstovic might be back in the starting line-up for Atalanta, but they need to start scoring goals before we can start picking them again, I think.
Ange-Yoan Bonny is a great striker with a great season ahead of him. But reports suggest that he won’t play this weekend either. He only got a few minutes last time around.
What about high-profile potential picks missing this week? Santiago Gimenez, Emil Holm, Edoarda Goldaniga, Tete Morente, Jay Idzes, Thomas Kristensen, and Sandi Lovric.
